The South Aiken Boys and Girls Cross Country Varsity Teams won 1st place 
at the Pee Dee Classic Cross Country Invitational at Francis Marion University. 
The JV Girls also took 1st and the JV Boys took 2nd. Tim Faugl led the boys and 
was 2nd overall with a 16:59. 

Amy Laughlin was 3rd overall and led the girls with a 19:52.

The South Aiken Cross Country Boys and Girls won the Region IV Cross Country Eye Opener meet 
to open the region schedule. Tim Faugl led the boys with a 17:32 and 2nd place overall and 
Traci Jones was 1st overall for the girls with a 19:54.

The South Aiken Girl Varsity Cross Country Team Finished 2nd at the Sandhills Invitational Cross 
Country Race hosted by Spring Valley High School. The Boys Varsity team finished 7th. 
The JV teams finished 5th for the girls and 7th for the boys. 26 Schools from GA and SC were competing.

Traci Jones 6th, Amy Laughlin 8th, and Tim Faugl 13th received top 15 medals for their finishes.
