Patrick Gelinas is planning an interesting presentation for Feb....Mark your
calendars. He's also looking for volunteers (subjects, really) for his investigation of
resistance training. Click for
details. Aiken once
again has several 5K races coming up...One flat course, one hilly, and one very
hilly. On April 17th, the Aiken Junior Women's League are directing
a 5K to be run on the original Aiken 5K course, starting at the HO Weeks
center. In May, the Family Y hosts the Trolley Run 5K, and June has
Carley's Rays of Hope 5K at USCA. Check the "event" link at top
of this page. Club members continue to meet
Sunday's for 10 at 10 (~10 miles, starting 10am). A link to our course is
on the left of this page. Be at the HO Weeks
starting line, ready to go at 10:00:00 am!
